THIS was my favorite shot in this dress. She looks so 'Little house on the Prairie-eque". and yes, I used to watch that ALL the time as a kid. :)
[ps] if any of you out there in blog-land can help me figure out why all these images look flat and lifeless in Firefox Browser but fine in Safari, Ill give you a cookie! I even tried the sRGB color space thing but it I just cant figure it out!

LOVE the last 3 pictures...they are my favorites, the light is amazing!!
I just pulled your blog up side by side with both search engines and they look the same. They are beautiful on both and I LOVE the last one as well. She is just really gorgeous. K
Ok, so what's the deal with braclet? I love and utterly adore her dress. I would love to know where she got that.
Love, Love, Love the last headshot!!!
Mmmm, what kind of cookie? ;)
k-fed: homemade of course!!
LOVE THESE. Shyla, you are so good.
Safari is a color managed browser. Firefox/Internet Explorer etc. are not. All your images will look different in non-color managed browsers, but it's possible the difference shows up more with certain images.
part deux is madness!!!! i cannot get over her classic beauty and you shyla, continue to blow us away!!! these belong in a european vogue. brava!!!
have an incredible weekend my friend!
I love her dress!! So fun! And the pics are awesome, of course :)
hey Mama!! I just checked my Safari vs. Firefox browsers...and they look the same on my monitor...it's a MAC, and I don't know if that's the reason why..but they look identical on both browsers :)
and the shots are FABULOUS!!! I love them, love the look, the mood...fun times for sure!!

Wow ... great series... love love love that time of day. The light is just all warm and beautiful! Great job! //e
Great stuff, the nostalgia you brought to me is awesome :) I went to school for animal science and studied equine science. You captured the light and the feel and the scent of a horse stable so good! I love the other girl in the stable also :) Man the midwest is the capital of senior photography. BTW Krystal and I also do the rock climbing thing...sorry an obscure reference to an older blog post:)
PS. don't know why our email didn't except you its cleared daily.

rich, pretty, awesomeness!
WOW, this whole shoot is so beautiful, I can't believe her and the light and the images... even the horse layed his head perfectly on the fence for you. AWESOME. OH, and I would guess Bob Dylan, no?
